currently our client Oil & Gas Company ( Kuningan - Jakarta ) looking candidates for HR & GA Supervisor position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Psychology from reputable University.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience as HR & GA Supervisor preferable in Manufacturing Industries / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical;
• Command in English language is added advantage;
• Required Skills : Recruitment, ComBen, Company Policy & SOP, Training and Development, IR, HRM System.
• Fully understanding of UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and other labor regulations;
• Manage vendor contract/agreement;
• Experiences in making Company Regulations / Collective Labor Agreement;
• Familiar with 5R system;
